I hired Mr. Hough a week before my court date. I was not required to attend. Mr. Hough’s office provided the worst case scenario & best case scenario. Opinions my differ, however I believe he got me the best case scenario (in addition to the fact that I was very nice to the police officer who was very nice to me). If you want honest representation, hire Mr. Hough. While I appreciate his services I plan to never have to use his services again!
