Two Great Lawyers w/ fantastic legal assistant

I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in Henrico County, Virginia. I was subsequently issued a summons for Reckless driving, a misdemeanor in Virginia, and given a court date of April 30th. As I am a New Jersey resident I did not know where to turn. I received sixteen letters from attorneys in the vicinity of Henrico. The letters ranged from horribly scary and intimidating to overly pompous.
I decided to contact the firm of BernsteinHough as their letter stood out as brief, informational and written as one human being to another. No threats, intimidation or worst case scenario, just “you need help, we can provide it.”
I then contacted their office and spoke to their legal assistant, Jennifer. I was immediately put at ease by her demeanor, knowledge and willingness to hear my story. Jumping ahead to April 30th , I was not required to appear. Later that day I learned the case had been dismissed and I paid the court cost. I will be eternally grateful for the peace of mind their firm provided to me. I HIGHLY recommend the firm if you need a lawyer.
